Grammy-nominated Jazz composer Mark Levine creates amazing video for his new CD release.

Grammy-nominated pianist Mark Levine announces the release of his new album with an evocative documentary video; The Making of “Off & On”

Mark Levine joined forces with Mary Fettig, (flute and soprano saxophone), Michael Spiro, (percussion), Paul van Wageningen, (drums) and John Wiitala, (bass) to create this Latin Jazz dream team, “Mark Levine and the Latin Tinge.”

Many other Jazz musicians have used videos and the internet as a tool to help their careers but very few have used it also, to educate people the way Mark Levine did.

This album was dedicated to the compositions of Moacir Santos; a brilliant composer from Brazil, almost unknown in the United States.

Alejandro Ramirez; owner of Solfeo, Inc. was the producer of this video. Alejandro has been creating videos and promoting talent around the San Francisco Bay Area for quite a few years.

With the release of, “Off & On” expected some time around September 2009 this video is sure to create some buzz around the net with new enthusiasts and some faithful fans awaiting the release of this fantastic album.
